NSU Elementary Lab School held its Open House and student registration Sunday, Aug. 7. Known for its themes each school year, Principal Caron Coleman announced the 2016-17 theme is Dr. Suess.

“Everyone in this building loves children,” she said. “That’s why we do what we do. We’re looking forward to the new crop of kiddos. We’re also excited about the talents of our new faculty members.”

New faculty members include teachers Melanie Smith, Melissa Kaufman and Kyla Lewis, Secretary Kellie Cedars and Coach Ryan Schrecongost.
