A traffic stop in Robeline led to the arrest of two people on felony drug charges according to the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office.
NPSO Patrol Division deputies responded to assist Robeline Police with a traffic stop Oct. 15 at 9:15 pm on Hwy. 6 West in Robeline. Deputies identified the operator of the Chevrolet pickup truck as Vincent Flores, 57 of Robeline. A passenger in the vehicle was identified as Linda Stewart, 62 of Coushatta.
Flores appeared very uneasy and was shaking, leading deputies to suspect criminal activity. Deputies also learned Flores driver’s license was suspended and he was wanted by the DeSoto Parish Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding traffic warrant.
Deputies obtained permission to search Flores vehicle, seizing suspected methamphetamine, suspected alprazolam, a .22 caliber Taurus handgun, .45 caliber Colt rifle, and drug paraphernalia consisting of glass pipes, blow torches, etc.
Deputies arrested:
*Vincent Flores, 57, of the 800 block of Lake Loop in Robeline, who was booked into the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center and charged with Possession of CDS Schedule II Methamphetamine, Illegal Possession of Firearms during a Narcotics Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to Appear in DeSoto Parish.
*Linda Stewart, 62, of the 4600 block of Hwy 174 in Coushatta, who was booked into the DC and charged with Illegal Possession of CDS Schedule IV Alprazolam.
Both remain in the Natchitoches Detention Center awaiting bond. The vehicle was impounded by a local wrecker service.
You evidently did not take the picture and im not denying the picture..my problem is being called names by someone that does not even know me..stupid and drug addict. .those 2 accusations were not in the write up!! That is your own opinion which your entitled to, but still you should not label people with such harsh words until you know ALL the facts, in this case you DO NOT!! This write up is so incorrect it’s ashame , so that people like you that no nothing about the 2 people can put your little 2 cents in and pat yourself on your perfect back! I can grant you one thing for sure..I’d bet most anything I’ve got that you’ve done more wrong in your life than I have mine! Including being arrested which has never happened before in my life !
