NSU offers Summer Robotics Camps

Robotics Camp 2018

 

The Engineering Department at Northwestern State University will offer three robotics camps this summer from July 2 – July 10. Registration is Free and will begin May 15, ending June 15. Registration must be done online.

Due to space limitations, only the first 15 applicants per camp will be accepted. Participants need to bring their own lunch and drinks.

Beginners, session I (Ages 7-12):

July 2-3, 2018
Basic electrical circuits
Robot building and assembly
Basic programming to navigate a robot
Daily program, 10:00 – 2:00 PM

Intermediate, session II (Ages 7-12):

July 9-10, 2018
Intermediate electrical circuits
Robot building and assembly
Intermediate programming to navigate a robot
Daily program, 10:00 – 2:00 PM

Advanced (ages 13 – 18)

July 11-12, 2017
Arduino programming
Advanced sensing
Daily program, 10:00 – 2:00 PM
