The first of its kind in Natchitoches, the all new Cane River Cafe is now open inside the Natchitoches Regional Medical Center. Open daily from 6:15 am – 7 pm, this new dining option features a cold top salad bar, grill, cooked to order pizza and other self serve healthy options. There’s also a full coffee shop and the public is invited to come and check everything out!
