PARISH OF NATCHITOCHES – PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST AND CUSTODIAN OF RECORDS

Parish President John Richmond has named David Kees, Jr. as the Custodian of Records for the Natchitoches Parish Government. All requests for public records can be submitted to Mr. Kees by email at dkees@npgov.org or by coming in person to room 210 on the second floor of the Natchitoches Parish Courthouse.

Each public records request should be made using the new records request form, which can be found online at www.npgov.org. Forms may also be obtained in person. Included with the form is a price sheet which breaks down the fees for duplicating documents. Payment must be received by the Parish before any public records will be released.
