Natchitoches Christmas will dedicate the Christmas Festival fireworks on Saturday, Dec. 5 in memory of the late Mrs. Judy Sluppick who reigned as the very first Miss Merry Christmas in 1956. Mrs. Judy loved to ride in the parade and commemorate her great honor. Her legacy will live on each year as we celebrate the Season and continue the tradition of the Miss Merry Christmas program. Mrs. Judy will be dearly missed by all!
