NPSO: DEPUTIES ARREST ROBELINE MAN ON WARRANT AND DRUG CHARGES FOLLOWING DISTURBANCE

A Robeline man was arrested on an outstanding probation and parole warrant and felony drug charges following a domestic disturbance on Wednesday morning according to the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Chuck “Buster” Foshee, 46, of the 4300 block of La. Hwy 478, Robeline was transported and booked into the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center on Wednesday morning charged with Probation Violation on an outstanding La. Probation and Parole-Natchitoches District Warrant, Possession of CDS Schedule II Methamphetamine.

On Wednesday morning July 28 at approximately 11:00am, Deputies assigned to the NPSO Patrol Division responded to NATCOM 911 Center reports of a domestic disturbance in the 4300 block of La. Hwy 478 west of Flora, La., involving Foshee and a female acquaintance.

Agents from the Natchitoches Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force and Probation & Parole also responded to assist.

Deputies say upon coming in contact Foshee they discovered him hiding in a bedroom of the residence.

Probation and Parole Agents conducted a search of the bedroom, discovering approximately 4 grams of suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a rifle.

The investigation into the owner of the rifle is continuing.

Foshee who is on probation remains in the Natchitoches Detention Center.

Deputy B. Keyser, Lt. M. Wilson, were assisted by Probation & Parole-Natchitoches District Agents and the Natchitoches Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force.
