WHO: Dr. Jack Fair

Jack Fair, M.D., has been hunting since before he knew it. Over the decades, he and his family have had many interesting hunting experiences on their land in Natchitoches Parish. In fact, if you have ever spoken to one of them, you have probably heard a story or two.

But opening day 2021 has already produced a first for Dr. Fair – his first 11-point. He says it’s rare to see a buck like this on opening day, because it is still so hot outside and the bigger bucks don’t tend to move this early in the season.

Obviously, luck was on his side.
