The Boys to Men Club at the Natchitoches Jr High engaged in spreading some holiday cheer to the residents of Natchitoches Nursing & Rehabilitation Center on Friday by performing community service.
Appearing as professionally dressed young men all consistent in royal blue dress shirts, black slacks, black shoes, a black tie, and a belt, the guys were diligent in passing out bags that were filled with jello, applesauce, a box of raisins, and a bottle of water.
“Natchitoches Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is our adopted nursing facility, and we enjoy spreading a little cheer to these residents, especially during the holiday season. I have a fantastic, well-mannered group of guys who are always willing to work. It’s all about being OF SERVICE,” said Mr. Jermaine Thomas, who leads the group.
The group also went to support the annual Christmas Gala at NSU prior to going to NNRC.
