The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that LA 1 Bus. (Texas St.) will be closed to thru traffic from 7 am on Monday, Feb. 20 until 5 pm on Wednesday, Feb. 22 to accommodate utility work on 0.6 miles North of LA 6 Bus. (Front St.).

Permit/Detour section
Southbound traffic will detour left onto LA 6 Bypass then right onto LA 6 Bus. Northbound traffic will detour right onto LA 6 Bus. then left onto LA 6 Bypass.

Safety Reminder
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
