The Natchitoches Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta presents REDy Fit 2023: Mind Over Matter. This event will be held on Saturday, March 18 from 10am – 12pm at the Abundant Life Church located at 618 Ben Drive in Natchitoches. 

 

The event focuses on well-being in the areas of mental health, physical health, & spiritual health. This event will include onsite health & wellness resources and resource personnel; free COVID vaccines and testing; cancer screening scheduling, mind & soul seminars, and an aerobic workout. 

 

This is a free event and open to the public. There will be refreshments & door prizes. Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable or workout clothes for the workout portion.
