Friday, May 12th at approximately 8:30pm at The Natchitoches Jazz & R&B Festival an African American woman, Latorria Freeman was assaulted by Parish President John Richmond. We are offering a $1000 reward to anyone who has additional videos of this incident. We also want to thank those who have already sent video coverage of this unfortunate event.
