 The Natchitoches Parish Library requires applicants to complete an online job application and pre-employment testing through Criteria.

As part of the pre-employment assessment, you will be required to complete a Skills Test, Personality Assessment, and Computer Literacy and Internet Knowledge Test. We use these assessments to give our candidates the opportunity to demonstrate their unique strengths and characteristics, which are relevant to the role, in an objective and unbiased way.
