Shamrock Christian Church in Robeline is having Christmas in July. They packed shoeboxes to be sent around  the world to children who may never have received a gift or never have heard about Jesus love. This is a ministry through Samaritan’s Purse that has been actively sending the gospel for over 30 years to third world countries. The first step in packing a shoebox is to determine the age and sex of the child who will receive the shoebox. The ages 2-4, 5-9, 10-14 is determined along with the sex of the child, girl or boy. The box is packed with toiletries, school supplies, toys, clothing and shoes. To participate in this ministry contact Brenda Ingram, logistics coordinator, at 471-9415.
