Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Deputies, Louisiana State Police and Natchitoches Parish Fire Protection District #7 responded to the scene of a grass fire on Aug. 30 around 3:10 pm on Interstate-49 N/B near milepost #151-152 north of the Powhatan exit according to the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office.
