President John Richmond lifted the Parish-wide burn on Oct. 12. While the recent rain fall has not completely alleviated the dry conditions, President Richmond is encouraging residents to use extreme care while burning materials, whether in contained or open areas and if not necessary then by all means wait until there has been sufficient rainfall in the area.
