The Natchitoches Parish Council held a brief meeting on Nov. 20 to approve the following agenda items:
Re-appoint Christopher Ingram and John William Luster to the Natchitoches Parish Hospital Board.
Appoint Renee Lewis to the Natchitoches Parish Library Board.
Re-appoint Ted Duggan to the Water Works District 2 Board
Re-appoint Mary Ann Motter and Travis Tyler to the Natchitoches Parish Fire District 3 Board.
Introduce Ordinance 024-2023 to Authorize an act of sale by the Parish of Natchitoches to sell certain adjudicated properties (PARCELS 9010152800A & 9095003400) by public auction; and, further providing with respect thereto.
Adopt Ordinance 021-2023 to affect a zoning amendment of approximately 62-acre tracts (parcels #0060045300 & 0060045400) with a variance for relief from the setback from the southern property line from 245 feet to 136 feet for Industrial-Agriculture (I-A) special exception to allow the placement of a new cell tower. The property is in Section 8, Township 8 North, Range 9 West with no physical address, as shown on the Survey attached hereto, approved by the Parish Planning Commission on October 02, 2023.
Adopt Ordinance 022-2023 to affect a zoning amendment of parcel #0010279800 to RMH-1 zoning for the placement of a manufactured home. The property is in Section 2, Township 9 North, Range 8 West with a physical address of 2660 Johnson Chute Road, Natchitoches, LA 71457, as shown on the Survey attached hereto, approved by the Parish Planning Commission on October 02, 2023.
Adopt Ordinance 023-2023 to authorize an act of sale by the Parish of Natchitoches to sell certain adjudicated Properties (PARCELS 9010115600, 9010127000, 9010315900, & 9010229800) by Public Auction; and, further providing with respect thereto.
Approve Insurances for the Parish including but not limited to Health, Retiree Supplemental Health, Dental, Vision, and life policies.
Approve Insurances for the Parish including but not limited to Worker’s Compensation, auto, inland marine, cyber security, property, and Public Officials liability.
