This groundbreaking program is designed to empower community members facing transportation barriers due to low credit scores by providing an opportunity to obtain an auto loan where traditional financial institutions may not offer them one.
Understanding the significant challenge posed by the lack of public transportation in Natchitoches Parish, Engage FCU has stepped forward to offer a lifeline to those in need. The Wheels to Work program offers loans up to $15,000 plus tax, title, and license with a fixed interest rate, removing the barrier of minimum credit score requirements. This initiative not only facilitates access to reliable transportation for work but also opens a pathway for members to improve their credit standing.
