NSU Middle Lab Orchestra students qualify for All-State

The N.S.U. Middle Lab Orchestra has announced that 12 of its students have qualified for the Louisiana Music Educators Association All-State Middle School Orchestra. The students earned their selections through a competitive statewide audition process.

The selected students will join other qualifying middle school musicians from across Louisiana for a three-day rehearsal experience, which will conclude with a public performance.

Students qualifying for All-State honors include Jude Coleman (Violin 2), Rhett Manuel (Bass), Sawyer Smith (Bass), Riley Britten (Violin 1), Braylee Johnson (Viola), Leah Weber (Cello), Lila Hubier (Bass), Khloe Kaufman (Viola), Juhee Han (Violin 1), Brenyn Wilson (Violin 1), Hunter French (Violin 1), and Jaxon La Caze (Cello).
