NRMC honors associates with quarterly Excellence Awards

Natchitoches Regional Medical Center recognized several associates this week with its quarterly NRMC Excellence Awards, honoring employees who consistently go above and beyond in their roles.

Hospital officials said the recipients were selected for demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, compassion, and a strong commitment to caring for the community. Their efforts were recognized as making a meaningful difference for patients, families, and coworkers throughout the medical center.

NRMC leadership expressed appreciation for the dedication shown by the honorees, noting that their daily work reflects the hospital’s mission and values.

Those recognized during the ceremony included, in the front row from left to right: Shannon Stroughter of MSC Support, Brittany Hayes of Surgery, Brittny Remedies of OBGYN Associates, Michaela Haigh of the Emergency Room, and Misty Childress of OBGYN Associates.

Standing from left to right were John Johnson of Environmental Services, Kenneth Burns of Information Services, Eladrianna Payton of CON, Haley Blackmon of MSC Support, Mallie Anderson of GSA, Shelly Coleman of Respiratory, Silton Metoyer of the Emergency Room, and Garrett Anderson of Rehabilitation.

Hospital officials congratulated the award recipients and thanked them for their continued impact across Natchitoches Regional Medical Center.
