The City of Natchitoches has named Brian Briggs as the new manager of the Natchitoches Events Center, bringing decades of experience in project management and a passion for community engagement to the role.
A Natchitoches native, Briggs recently returned home after spending 32 years in Atlanta, Georgia. He moved back to the area about a year ago to care for his mother.
Briggs has a professional background in project management, working on both residential and commercial projects. His experience in customer-focused roles and relationship building were key factors in his selection.
In his new position, Briggs will work with city leadership to explore opportunities for growth and development at the Events Center while fostering connections within the community.
Briggs expressed enthusiasm about returning to Natchitoches and contributing to the city’s continued progress through collaboration and relationship building.
