District Attorney announces felony guilty pleas in Division “A” of 10th Judicial District Court

District Attorney Billy Joe Harrington announced that multiple defendants entered guilty pleas in Division B of the 10th Judicial District Court. Judge Desiree Dyess imposed sentences in each of the following cases:

Seankalyn Chatman, 27, of Natchitoches, pleaded guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Simple Escape. Chatman was sentenced to 18 years of incarceration in the Department of Corrections.

Dangelo Brimsey, 27, of Natchitoches, pleaded guilty to Aggravated Assault w/Firearm and Illegal Possession of a Stolen Firearm. Brimsey was sentenced to 15 years of incarceration in the Department of Corrections.

Tremondre Robinson, 29, of Hammond, pleaded guilty to Possession of Schedule II (Fentanyl). Robinson was sentenced to 10 years of incarceration in the Department of Corrections.

Derrick Terrell Demery, 41, of Natchitoches, pleaded guilty to Possession of Schedule II with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine. Demery was sentenced to 10 years of incarceration in the Department of Corrections.

Derrick Lloyd, 36, of Campti, pleaded guilty to Attempted Possession of a Firearm by Felon. Lloyd was sentenced to 7 years of incarceration in the Department of Corrections.

John Johnson, 56, of Cloutierville, pleaded guilty to Attempted Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon. Johnson was sentenced to 7 1/2 years of incarceration in the Department of Corrections.
