Rotary President Louie Bernard welcomed Laura Lyles, president of the Natchitoches Area Chamber of Commerce, who discussed the importance of collaborative planning among Natchitoches business, industry, infrastructure, education, health care, tourism, history, and culture sectors in organizing and presenting the 2026 Natchitoches Day at the Capitol.
