According to the funeral home, its social media and Google accounts were recently compromised, leading to an inaccurate post published April 8, 2026.
Management said the claim that the funeral home had closed was incorrect and emphasized that the business continues to operate and serve families in the community.
Officials also issued an apology for any confusion caused by the post and reiterated their commitment to providing compassionate care.
The funeral home is located at 726 Third Street in Natchitoches and remains open to assist families.
