Natchitoches Parish Fire District 9 was dispatched by the Natchitoches Communications Center (E-911) to a reported vehicle fire in the 200 Block of Gray Road on June 30 at 9:12 pm. Units arrived 10 minutes later to find a truck fully involved with fire. The fire was extinguished. Prior to the arrival of the fire units, the truck was parked close to a residence. The homeowner pulled the truck away from the residence to prevent the fire from spreading to the house.
