The monthly Young at Heart luncheon for seniors was held on Dec. 7 at the First United Methodist Church.  Michael Rorex presented a special Christmas musical program and led the group in the singing of carols.  The Koinonia Circle provided Christmas-themed decorations.

 

December birthdays were celebrated by Joann Boone, Harold Thomas, Chestee Harrington, Chuck McQueen, Evelyn Evans, Sonny Evans, and Viola Porter.

 

A December anniversary was celebrated by Ron and Leta Brown.

 

Young at Heart meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 11 AM in Bostick Hall.  The meeting is non-denominational, and all seniors are welcome.  A $5 fee is charged.
