The recently elected public officials from the Village of Ashland were sworn in on Jan. 3 at the Ashland Village Hall by Natchitoches Parish Clerk of Court David Stamey. They are left to right, Chief of Police Fred Holland, Council Member Ann Anderson, Council Member Joshua Adams, Mayor Terry Chesser, Council Member Nathan Cherry, and Stamey. They were all elected to four year terms in the November Election.
