Zachary Cordell Moore was arrested on Feb. 15 around 12 pm without incident at the Natchitoches Police Department.
Zachary Cordell Moore was placed in the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center where he is charged with attempted second murder, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and obstruction and justice.
