The Cane River National Heritage Area will hold a Historic District Cleanup on Monday, March 20 and volunteers are needed to pick up litter throughout the historic district from 1-3 p.m. Volunteers will meet at the Natchitoches Riverbank Stage to pick up supplies and be assigned a cleanup area.
All the necessary supplies will be provided, including gloves and trash bags. Just come in comfortable clothes and shoes and the rest will be taken care of.
Individuals, families, organizations, and groups of all ages and sizes are invited to join us for this afternoon of service. To register your group or yourself, or to request more information, email Jessica Mullican at jessica@canerivernha.org.
The Natchitoches Historic District Clean Up is sponsored by Cane River National Heritage Area and Natchitoches Main Street.
