FAUNA (Friends All United for Natchitoches Animals) held its fourth Spay & Neuter Clinic on March 9 and hopes to hold three more this year.

 

The Natchitoches Parish Government, City of Natchitoches, Magnolia Spay Neuter, and FAUNA – Friends All United for Natchitoches Animals are saving lives by preventing unwanted animals from being born.

 

The Magnolia team spayed and neutered 13 dogs and 24 cats from 7:30 am – 4 pm.

 

Natchitoches, a large rural parish, does not have enough adopters to offset the amount of animals being born. The only solution is to prevent them from being born by spaying and neutering.
