Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser is encouraging people to participate in the Flavor of Louisiana 2023 on Friday, March 17 beginning at 6 pm at Northwestern State University’s Prather Coliseum in support of the university.

“The Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board is a proud sponsor of this event and is donating some of the best seafood in the world – shrimp, crab, crawfish and snapper,” said Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser. 

The event will showcase specialty dishes from top restaurants across the state. 

All proceeds support the NSU faculty, staff, programs and scholarships.
