POSITION: Preventive Maintenance / Life Safety

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must have knowledge of codes and compliance regulations
• Must be able to coordinate inspections and follow up with outside vendors and inspectors
• Must have knowledge and understanding of safety
• Must keep and maintain a log book of inspections

SALARY: According to NPSB salary schedule

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 Months
