POSITION: Custodian (2 Vacancies)
DESCRIPTION: Clean vacated apartments, to perform higher level specialized custodial tasks including disassembling and cleaning stoves and refrigerators. Clean floors/wax floors with electric buffer; transport buffers, cleaning materials & supplies from worksite to worksite. Mixes or blends cleaning solutions to proper concentrations as necessary for various tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS: The successful applicant shall have at least 6 months of cleaning experience and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

POSITION: Painter
DESCRIPTION: Cleans surfaces to be painted by use of sandpaper, burners, scrapers, brushes, sanding machines, sandblasters, and dusters.
Removes paints, assembles, and disassembles furniture and equipment for refinishing.
Mixes, thins, and matches paints.
Determines methods of application and applies paint with brush, roller or spray gun to the exterior and interior of buildings, to furniture, to signs, to structural steel, and/or to equipment.
Performs incidental related duties such as glazing, wall covering, sheetrock, spackling, repairing plaster, and cement work. Keeps records of time, supplies, and work.
QUALIFICATIONS: The successful applicant shall have at 1 year of experience in the painting trade, such as a painter’s and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
