Kiwanis Learns About Working Geniuses

The Kiwanis Club of Natchitoches opened on June 29 for their weekly meeting. Club secretary Craig Caskey led the meeting, giving updates on the October 7th 5K Color Run and Pancake Fest.

Caskey introduced the meeting’s program speaker, Kiwanian and former Kiwanis club president Rodney Boswell. Boswell in the last few years became certified by The Table Group in their latest initiative, the Six Types of Working Genius. Boswell discussed the six individual Geniuses (Wonder, Invention, Discernment, Galvanizing, Enablement, and Tenacity), how the model can help an individual better learn about their own way of doing work, and how knowing your Working Geniuses can help a person find the type of work that brings them joy.
