Over 500 students from every high school in the parish convened at NSU’s student union ballroom Monday, September 25 for the Natchitoches Parish College and Career Fair. Northwestern State University and the Scholars’ College were joined by colleges and universities from throughout Louisiana and Arkansas as well as recruiters for the military.
The parish’s high school juniors and seniors were able to speak one on one with college representatives and learn about the opportunities offered by our state’s higher educational institutions. The Natchitoches Parish Journal extends its best wishes to each of the high school seniors of the parish as they prepare to take the next step in their lives. Work hard and make us proud!
