ORDINANCES – FINAL:
Fourth Supplemental Bond Ordinance Authorizing The Issuance By The City Of Natchitoches, State Of Louisiana Of Its Utilities Revenue Bonds, Series 2023, In An Amount Not To Exceed Eleven Million Six Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($11,645,000) Prescribing The Form, Terms And Conditions Of Said Bonds; Providing For The Acceptance Of An Offer For The Purchase Of Said Bonds; And Providing For Other Matters In Connection There.
Execute An Amendment To That Lease In Favor Of The Louisiana Agricultural Finance Authority, Of That Property Located In The Natchitoches Regional Airport, Described As Lot 9, And That Lease In Favor Of The Louisiana Agricultural Finance Authority, Of That Property Located In The Natchitoches Regional Airport, Described As Lot 10 And Further Providing For Advertising Of The Amended Lease And An Effective Date.
Enter Into A Cooperative Endeavor Agreement With The State Of Louisiana, Department Of Treasury, For The Line Item Appropriation For Rehabilitation Of Existing Finished Water Storage Tank (Clearwell) At The Water Treatment Plant.

Designate Funds From The American Rescue Plan For Use By The City Of Natchitoches To Provide Funding To Friends All United For Natchitoches Animals (FAUNA) For Spay Natchitoches; Authorizing The Execution Of Any And All Documents, Contracts And/Or Agreements; And Otherwise Providing With Respect Thereto.
Designate Funds From The American Rescue PlanFor Use By The City Of Natchitoches To Provide Funding For The Fencing Project At The Public Works Building Commonly Referred To As The John Deere Building; Authorizing The Execution Of Any And All Documents Necessary To Properly Effectuate Such Purchases; And Otherwise Providing With Respect Thereto.
