ORDINANCES – FINAL:
Designate Funds From The American Rescue Plan For Use By The City Of Natchitoches To Provide Funding To Friends All United For Natchitoches Animals (FAUNA) For Spay Natchitoches; Authorizing The Execution Of Any And All Documents, Contracts And/Or Agreements; And Otherwise Providing With Respect Thereto.
Designate Funds From The American Rescue PlanFor Use By The City Of Natchitoches To Provide Funding For The Fencing Project At The Public Works Building Commonly Referred To As The John Deere Building; Authorizing The Execution Of Any And All Documents Necessary To Properly Effectuate Such Purchases; And Otherwise Providing With Respect Thereto.

Establish A Six (6) Month Moratorium Upon The Receipt And Processing Of All Applications For Occupational License And Any Other License Or Permit For Operation Of Short Term Rental In The City Of Natchitoches, Setting A Public Hearing Date And Further Providing With Respect Thereto
Designate Funds From The American Rescue Plan For Use By The City Of Natchitoches To Assist The Historic District Business Association With Funding For Additional Security For The 2023 Christmas Festival Season; Authorizing The Execution Of Any And All Documents Necessary To Properly Effectuate Such Purchases; And Otherwise Providing With Respect Thereto.
Approve A Contract For The Collection, Hauling, And Disposal Of Municipal Solid Waste, Construction And Demolition Waste, In The City Of Natchitoches, Louisiana To Be Entered Into With Waste Connections Bayou, Inc., Authorizing The Mayor, Ronnie Williams, Jr., To Execute Same, And Otherwise Providing With Respect Thereto.
