Rachel Stephens has been promoted to Vice President. Rachel was born and raised in Natchitoches, LA. She has been employed with City Bank since 2009. She started as a Paying & Receiving Teller at the University Branch and later moved to the Main Branch where she became Head Teller. In 2015 Rachel was promoted to serve as City Bank’s Human Resource Officer. Rachel lives in Provencal with husband Wade and daughter Hayden Sellers. She is a lifelong member of the First United Methodist Church in Natchitoches. Rachel enjoys watching her daughter barrel race on the weekends and loves spending time with her family and friends.
