District Attorney Billy Joe Harrington announced that a Natchitoches Parish grand jury has returned a true bill indictment for second degree murder.
The grand jury indicted Derrick Booker, 47 of Natchitoches, for second degree murder. The indictment relates to a December 2023 homicide.
The defendant in the case will be arraigned in an upcoming court date.
