The St. Augustine Historical Society and key partners gathered on April 29 to commemorate the groundbreaking of the upcoming Badin-Roque Park.  This is the location of a one-of-a-kind 1770’s Louisiana home on the national register of historic places since 1979.  It was also site of St Augustine church’s first convent of 1856.
