8th graders in Provencal Jr. High’s Quest for Success class recently learned about what it takes to start and manage a successful food truck business. As part of the “Food Truck Project“ students created a prototype, which included many elements of design, and a custom logo. They also created a menu and pricing. They presented their business plan in PowerPoint format to investors (their classmates).
