Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Detectives are investigating five overnight vehicle burglaries just south of Natchitoches according to the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office.

 

NATCOM 911 Center began receiving calls of vehicle burglaries in the areas of the 100 block of Vienna Bend Road, 100 block of Riverside Lane and 100 block of Briarwood Court near Natchitoches on June 12 around 3:26am.

 

Deputies assigned to the NPSO Patrol Operations Bureau responded to each scene, met with vehicle owner’s, processed the scenes, gathered information and completed offense investigative reports for the NPSO Criminal Investigations Bureau.

 

Detectives say the investigation is active and ongoing.

 

Forced entry was gained by breaking the door glass into some vehicles while others were reportedly unlocked.
