The NPJ recently saw a post on social media claiming that Big Lots, which opened in Natchitoches around September of 2022, is now closing its doors. A quick trip to the store was all we needed to confirm this rumor. Bright signs in the windows announce the store’s fate. Discounts will continue into August, when the store is scheduled to close for good.
