Join the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame and Northwest Louisiana History Museum for a program on Thursday, Sept. 7 from 5:30-7 pm celebrating the “Showtime: LSU’s Spectacular Pistol Pete” exhibit. This exhibition explores the life and legacy of Pistol Pete through the images of John Musemeche and Musemeche Photography.
Doors open at 5:30pm. A screening of the eight minute award winning Drew Tewell documentary “We Were Fans” starts at 6:00pm followed by a panel discussion with photographer John Musemeche and several LSU teammates of Pete Maravich.
This event is sponsored by FLASH and the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame Foundation and includes complimentary beer and wine, light snacks, and a cash bar.
Tickets will be sold at the door.
