Natchitoches Junior High JAG members spent a day immersed in college life at Northwestern State University, touring the engineering department and engaging with professors who demonstrated fascinating concepts, including robotics and the speed of light.
Professors Jessica Zhang and Jennifer Johnson from the New Media, Journalism, and Communications Art Department provided invaluable insights and feedback to the JAG members who were working on creating commercials to promote JAG as a product. This experience highlights the importance of early exposure to higher education, media and STEM fields.
