Natchitoches Parish School District Superintendent Dr. Grant Eloi was recently named District 7 Superintendent of the Year, recognizing his dedication to excellence, innovation, and student success, which continues to inspire the entire community.

Region leadership takes a vote from within the region and then submits that name to the state LASS (Louisiana Association of School Superintendents) leadership. LASS leadership will then review resumes and accomplishments of the superintendents put forward by each region to determine a state superintendent of the year (hasn’t been done yet).

“I’m humbled by my selection and I am only receiving this honor because of my amazing, talented team of district staff, school leadership, teachers, and support staff who make my job easy,” said Dr. Eloi.
