The Natchitoches City Council introduced several ordinances at its Dec. 9 meeting which will change the zoning classification on the following properties to operate as short term rentals:
301 Williams Avenue
126 North Street
307 Williams Avenue
930 Second Street
400 Parkway
401 Jefferson Street
425 Demeziere
Some of the residents from the area surrounding the property at 400 Parkway voiced concerns about a short term rental being located in the neighborhood. The Council voted to approve the seven ordinances for introduction. These items will come up for a final vote at the Jan. 9 City Council meeting.
