It is with heavy hearts that the Natchitoches Parish School Board acknowledged the passing of Mr. Dale Skinner today, Dec. 16. A former NPSB superintendent, Skinner dedicated over 51 years of his life to the field of education. His journey was nothing short of remarkable—spanning decades as a coach and principal at Natchitoches Central High School before serving as superintendent for the final six years of his career. He was an inspirational leader who showed unwavering commitment to education in Natchitoches Parish.
