The City of Natchitoches announces that Nuline Construction, the contractor for Atmos Energy, will begin work during the week of Feb. 17 to replace gas lines in the Airport Road and Kelly Street area.
This work is part of an ongoing multi-year project to replace all Atmos gas lines throughout the City, in order to provide for more reliable customer service.
No street excavations are anticipated in conjunction with this project, but the work will involve excavating bore pits adjacent to the street and also the installation of new service connections to residences.
