Varsity Cheer Coach Responsibilities:

Lead and coach the varsity cheer team during practices, games, and competitions.
Develop cheer routines, stunts, and performances that promote school spirit.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes during practices and events.
Foster teamwork, discipline, and leadership among cheerleaders.
Communicate effectively with parents, students, and school staff.

Requirements for Varsity Cheer Coach:

Prior cheerleading or coaching experience (preferred).
Knowledge of cheerleading techniques, stunts, and safety practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Tigerline Dance Coach Responsibilities:

Assist with choreography of routines for the Tigerline dance team.
Lead practices, performances, and competitions.
Encourage team unity, creativity, and a positive team culture.
Ensure safety during all dance routines and activities.
Collaborate with students, parents, and school staff for performances and events.

Requirements for Tigerline Dance Coach:

Prior dance or coaching experience (preferred).
Strong understanding of dance styles, choreography, and technique.
Passion for motivating and developing young dancers.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
